Ah the ole wet paper towel on hat move. Haven't seen that one since '93. Really though, who does that? I'm going to go ahead and go out on that controversial limb and surmise that there's diagnosable mental illness there. And that mugshot....dude doesn't look right to me. Almost a little bit frightening.
