I have been looking at several in Houston as well. I'm steering towards more used vehicles due to me not being able to stomach buying a depreciated item as soon as I get it. That being said, I'll probably put 10-12k down.
Also, I have been running into dealerships saying the internet price is the best that they can do or they are a "no haggle dealership"

Depends on who you are dealing with. Probably won't get too far with volume dealers.
Get an offer in writing. Relay the message to dealer 2 and 3. Tell them to beat it or scram. Eventually one will be able to go lower than others. Then walk away from the table to see if you can get it lower.
