They are complete morons if they didn't think this stuff would end up widely distributed. But, I seem to remember from other threads and articles these guys really borderline entrapped some of them.

Exactly. At most there could be violation of contract. Also, you should be smart enough to know that regional distribution doesn't matter. Porn spreads very quickly.
