Including the championship game there are 3 games a year, so 17 total including this years semi finals, not 12. There have been 12 semi final games and only i think 3 of those have been close, UGA-OU being 1. Bama-tOSU the first year, and Clemson-tOSU this year. There have been rest have been by double digits including the 1 Bama-Clemson matchup that was not the championship game. Multiple by 21+
