If you want to know how a CV II would turn out go to a Bernie rally and ask a few people about muzzle velocity, ballistic coefficient, MOA vx MilRad, and what a Diopter is, get back with on what they say. They have no idea what will happen to them and with what haste it will occur. They need to shut the frick up.
