Loved Chez Michel up near Montmartre. Style of cooking is more Normandy than Parisian cooking but just a lovely place.

Also you might like a book called Bistronomy which chronicles all those newer places. One of the Clown Bar chefs just opened his own place.

@parisismykitchen is a good follow on Insta. It can be a little bit inside baseball at times, but she is a Mississippian (iirc) who has lived in Paris for a good while. Good intel and I believe she does food tours.
