I’m 39 now, have Crohn’s disease and still have the stomach of a tank. If I get fricked up on booze tho, I’m hurting for a day or two. That’s about it.

Pretty sure a diagnosis of Crohn's disease could quite possibly be your stomach's way of politely disagreeing with your point of view.
