He will slide into the OC spot when Ensminger retires. He needs that for his resume since he's young and hasn't held a coordinator position yet.
Can't see him pulling his ripcord yet for a program, failing or making a very small "splash" and then falling off into anonymity.
Once he's got some years as OC, i can see him moving on.

Does he? If an NFL head coach is willing to hire him as his OC, then it would suggest that he doesn't need to slide into the OC spot at LSU to build his resume. I'm hoping for the best, but preparing for the worst. I would consider us very very lucky to have Joe Brady coaching at LSU next season.
