basically to sum up their entire nonsensical new rules,
WHITE PEOPLE - Don't wear anything that displays your religion, ethnicity, political views, and don't even think about speaking out of turn.

Sounds just the opposite to me. I was guessing Carnival would get called racist for not letting Jerome wear his "Uncut" tee shirt.
