I didn't realize he owned Creole Cabana, too. That place had people parking on Burbank last time I passed it. Seems like they're making a killing.

Just people coming and going to play volleyball.
Very few actual dollars being spent there.

The volleyball part has been quite popular.
Creole also hosts private parties.
The standalone restaurant has not gained much traction despite having decent food

Pretty sure Cabana is hemorrhaging money and that’s one of the problems
