I'm 32 and have been to WDW 15 times or so, the majority of those times without small children. Planning to go again in July.
If you know what you are doing, you will rarely stand in line longer than 30-40 minutes, have great food and drink, and experience some really great rides and entertainment.
It's fricking expensive though.
