Better protection and Brennen doesn’t have to be a human highlight real before throwing the ball.

The ground game is an inexperienced QBs best friend. The offensive scheme & play calling this season was heavily geared towards the passing game because of all the intangibles Burrow brings to the table. It obvious now that the staff knew Burrow could handle all the intricacies of a sophisticated passing scheme & excel because of his uncanny accuracy.

With Brennan at QB, the offensive philosophy may change a bit in 2020. There's 2 extremely talented RBs to lean on especially early in the season. There's no need to go back to the ground & pound, old offenses but you could definitely see a more balanced offense in terms of run/pass calls to take pressure off of Brennan especially early in the season so that all the pressure isn't placed squarely on his shoulders. Then as the season progresses, the workload or what's expected of him could be increased.
