Drive around looking for a roadside tent. If you're near Port Allen, there's a permanent fireworks stand next to the porn store.

In BR/Gonzales are all the same and overpriced.

It's too late for this year but you can pre-order from Netterville's in Slaughter and get them at 40% off. For NYE and the 4th.
