I included that because the defense did gave up a FG to tie the game. We lost the game because of the penalty (and offensive issues) but defense didn’t play as well as they could’ve of.

I would be inclined to disagree with that. I think our inability to score TDs instead of FGs early in that first quarter killed us. We settled for 3, got an INT and settled for 3 again. Got another stop and got a touchdown.
Had we been better in the red zone the Rams would have never have survived a 21-0 deficit or even a 17-0 deficit. We should have had a much bigger lead after the defense started off so hot.
