When the government is paying for the health effects that tobacco and alcohol consumption causes, I think it should have a say in what is consumed.

There is no reason the govt should sit ildly by and watch Medicaid-recipients engage in eating habits that vastly increase risk of diabetes, heart disease, and cancer

What sort of practical, real world impact do you think this will have on Medicaid/Medicare costs?
