Why not park your car in the road across your driveway?
Better yet ...

Park your car in their construction site. Block their work in return for them blocking you FROM work!

Costanza move if I ever saw one.

Sometimes calling the cops is the best option. Had to do it at an old neighborhood I lived in years ago. We were young and living in a newly developed townhouse neighborhood. The guy a few units down was an empty nester and they downsized to a townhouse. Except his kids, and the boyfriend of the daughter, would come stay on the weekends and sometimes it bled into the next week. It was a big cul de sac and they would park out in the circle along the edge. Which was fine as long as they didn’t block my driveway, but that happened most weekends.

I did the neighborly thing and told him they need to give me room to back out. It helped for a few weeks. And one Saturday the mail lady told me they were blocking the mailbox and could be towed. So I called the cops and they show up a few minutes later. As I was out there talking to them about towing them away since they were in front of my drive and the mailbox, the guy comes sprinting out with the keys to move it. Never happened again.
