You're a Coach for a Team with the richest endowment in CFL and making obscene gestures whether in jest of anger is just trashy!
People just underestimate what maturity is required to run a multimillion dollar program that stays under the microscope.
This is one reason I think guys like Pittman are getting looks as head men, steadfast, smart, hard working and mature. It is high time these qualities are rewarded.
