Can being the operative word.
ANYTHING can lead to diversity of thought. That’s the point. Diversity of experience. skin color does not determine your experiences or intellect, unless you also subscribe to eugenics.
Basing your position on how diverse something is on demographics is just about as low information as identity politics can get. And that’s very very low information. But political pandering and what not, so around and around we go.
Identity politics are evil.
