re: Executive Order signed in Navy locker room

For those who complain I doubt if they are getting out of their mandatory service obligation. They will have to address injury issues and the possibility of too many officers in grade x in a given year. Some kids who graduate from the service academies never go to active duty because officers in their specialty aren’t needed. I don’t like the trend though.
