Probably the goofiest rule is that on a missed field goal spotted beyond the 20, the offense starts on the 20 regardless.

If it reaches the end zone it’s a touchback.

nah.... I'll go with the enforcement on the pants not being over knees....

or not having kept the experimental intentional grounding exceptions just like college.


I like our rule on targeting and enforcement better... only a DQ if flagrant - but in college - the number of targets did not go down with just the penalty.. DQ made it go down. NFHS... penalties made it go down. DQs did made "flagrant" PF hits go down though.
