That hard practicing with live hitting takes its toll during the season when shite gets more real every week for game day. No matter how tough you are the body wants to protect itself when bruised, sore and hurt. If they don’t know how to tackle, block, give or take hits by now we wouldn’t be 12-0

You mean 3 hour long full pads practice in week 13 is a bad idea for maintaining explosiveness? Les doesn’t believe you.
