What does that have to do with the fact that a far higher percentage of such projects in China are done to lesser or nonexistent standards than you seem willing to accept? Unlike in China, the Nola building collapse will have inspections and labratory analysis to figure out what went wrong versus the contractor simply walking away or sliding money to local bureaucrats to bury any liability.
