Funny that the game that started LSU’s turnaround was partially the result of the refs giving the other team a free field goal attempt. In the loss to Troy, the clock apparently ran out, but the refs reviewed and put two secs back on the clock, allowing Troy to kick a field goal. This 3 points was ultimately the difference in the game, just as occurred with Auburn and Bama yesterday. The rule needs to be changed because substitutions should not be possible in those situations. However, I think that loss to Troy was a necessary low point for LSU to get to where they are today

frick you. I was grilling backstrap during that game and only halfway paying attention. I'd prefer to keep it that way

LSUs turnaround started with DJ Charks punt return TD vs Auburn in 2017. When we were down 20 points, people were calling for Ed’s head. Just for context, we were blow out by Miss St and just lost to Troy. If we lose that game we may not be where we are today. The importance of that 20 pt comeback cannot be overstated.
