Used the Calculator for several years to make 10-15 persons Jambalaya, used it today for 70 people,,,,,spot on perfect. Thanks Stadium Rat!

Ah, never heard of adding a sauce, SRats recipe is so good, it didn’t need any sauce.

The calculator is 100%. I have a friend living in Spain who uses it for jambalaya with "local" ingredients. Says its not quite South LA taste...but pretty darn good and scratches the itch...
