Near great film. Not on a Goodfellas or even Casino level.

Depressing to watch the grocer scene knowing what it would’ve looked like in an 80’s or 90’s Scorsese movie.

Drawn out, but not overly long.

The de-aging was a minor distraction.

The makeup and acting as they reached death was outstanding.

Pesci deserves an Oscar nom. And I say that with zero nostalgia attached.

It wasn’t perfect by any means, but I thought it was pretty legit considering that it’s a new tech they were using

I mean, sonny working over Carlo had some pretty terrible moments
