I can't do it. Whoever first created that image probably has it saved in layers. They can change one layer (just Drew Brees) without changing the rest of the image. Once the image is flattened, it is very difficult to remove/replace parts.

ETA: If you feel like screwing around with a new one, I'd like Flynn and Brees to stay in it, and here are some other possible source pics.

I will be traveling for a wedding and Mardi Gras through next week. If whodatfan doesn't get to your request, I will work on something new for you after that.

I had some time so I put something together based on your previous sig.

It is a little busier than my normal designs. Your user name doesn't command much attention but I'm not sure how to remedy it.
