I think your fears are somewhat but not quite unfounded. The people with the loudest voice are often cut from little moral fabric. That isn't a partisan statement. Speak softly but carry a big stick is what we should look back on. Social media has given platform to the loudest most obnoxious people on the planet not only be heard but put into power. It will take some time to adjust to this new social media age/movement we are experiencing in politics. Once the old guard dies off I think we'll be fine.

The only thing i'm scared of is someone facking up Thanksgiving dinner with some politics.
