Well he won't be called as a witness by Schiff after reading that. Kellogg's letter is one way to keep yourself from having your 15 minutes of fame in front of a national tv audience.

If I were on that witness list I'd do exactly this. From what I've heard they've all effectively testified this but he'd front running so he doesn't have to waste his time. This is like pretending to be racist to get out of jury selection lol
