Yep - the corner of two major highways. Relatively easy access to the airport or either bridge across the Mississippi. I think the East Baton Rouge taxpayers are forking over a lot of cash to widen Airline Highway to 6/8 lanes in that area.
There is no better realistic outcome for the Cortana mall property than an Amazon distribution center. Those are good jobs with a stable company.
