How many more times can he sue them for the same damn thing? I mean if he is being blackballed every day then he can file a new suit every day???

They settled with him, but yeah. I have no idea how many times you can do it. I assume something has to change but I'm no lawyer. Seems like the NFL just wanted to attempt to force him to agree to forgo all future litigation attempts in order to participate in their workout.
