Not counting my chickens, but with a possibility of 6 games remaining, JB is on pace to surpass these numbers too.

If he does have 6 games left to play, he could average less than 300 and a little less than 3 tds and surpass those numbers.

In fact if he plays 6, and averages 300 a game, that would put him at 4,998!

Second all time is achievable, Ty Detmer holds that spot with 5,188,

The current record tho is 5,833 by BJ Symons of Texas Tech in '03

That's right. Hopefully he can meet that standard. Would be comically absurd to see an LSU QB do it.
