Troy Smith won the Heisman with a record 91.6% first place votes. That's a record landslide vote. Joe has already destroyed his numbers from that season.
'06 Smith - 203-311, 2,542 yards, 30 TDs, 6 Int, 65.3%, 204 yards rushing, 1 TD
'19 Burrow - 236-299, 3,198 yards, 33 TDs, 4 Int, 78.9%, 189 yards rushing, 3 TDs

06 CFB was hung over and struggling to replace the great players from those OU/USC teams from 03-05 (plus VY at UT)
Jason White:
03: 61.6% 3,846 40 10
04: 65.4% 3,205 35 9
Leinart:
03: 63.4 3556 38 9
04: 65.3 3322 33 6
05: 65.7 3815 28 8
Carson Palmer:
02: 63.2 3942 33 10
And to compare McCoy who had the completion % record (he actually had a much better statistical season than I remember):
2008: 76.7 3846 40 10
