I wouldn't mind them going back to a 3 bird limit like it was in the late 80's. You want to talk about cull out the flat bills. Problem is, duck hunting has turned into such an economic cash cow from hunting leases, equipment, duck stamp revenue, etc.. that if hunters started dropping like flies, that revenue stream would evaporate.

the days will also drop if they drop the limit.. since seasons and limits have been in play - this is the longest run of liberal seasons/limits.
