Concourse B backing up like that happened to me plenty of times.
I have several times waited 30+ minutes for a bag.
The food options were such a damn joke. One time my wife ordered a ceasar salad from one of the vendors, and it came out. It was 3 full leaves of romaine, completely uncut and just placed on the plate, with a ramekin of dressing, and a ramekin of croutons and cheese on the side. It was the most pathetic things I've ever seen.
Its the only time my wife has ever complained to management about anything.
I guess we were just lucky something was open.
