Yes, personal foul called. Half the distance to the goal line. We scored on the next play (the really nice designed throw to CEH in the endzone).
What the GIF doesn't show is that 69 first went after a defensive lineman (ended up hitting him around his knees) then got up and did the second cheap shot that he was flagged on.

It’s ridiculous how that is just a 15 yard penalty but accidental helmet to helmet is an ejection and loss of game time. Makes no logical sense.
Intent should be included in both targeting and on personal fouls. If headhunting, ejection.
