When are you going to realize although you are correct nothing will be done about it. There’s countless examples of people who are definitionally correct that fall on their swords, but for what reason?

The networks are simply capitalizing on the story to sell advertising. That's it in a nutshell. They'll be blowing on the embers for years to come to keep idiot viewers coming back, time after time. Ironic how a story based on a guy with an insidious addiction is kept alive by viewers who crave this hyper-drama and play right into the hands of the network.
