No it is bad. I think she is about to be fired. Multiple people on our team have left. I don't have admin powers to fix what needs to be fixed to improve efficiency for some 80 other people that drive revenue. Just difficult to fire mid-level management. WE could absolutely survive without her and put prolly $250k back in the budget to hire cheaper people to fix the stuff and let my group manage itself. We don't need her.
