yeah you will get a lot of people patting you on the back, telling you everything we are all supposed to say. But at the end of the day there's a job to do, and the people that can get the job done with the least amount of noise are gonna be the ones doing it. Supporting someone and them being able to live their life just like they always have are two very different things.
