Depends on his family values. If he likes it here and money is no issue then he can prove himself out for a couple years before moving on. But, I believe he will be led away by the money!

I don't think he's just gonna hop on the first head coach job that comes his way. As far as his career goes, he's very young and has plenty of time. He needs to just stay at LSU as oc, continue to perfect his craft on the offensive side of the ball, get used to being more instrumental in the overall operations of a program and learn from coach O while he's here. He also needs to get his feet wet and gain more experience in the recruiting aspect of the program and there's no better person to learn under for that than O. He needs to stay at LSU for another couple of seasons, then he will be ready for a big-time job. The worst thing he could do is go take the first job that offers him the hc position and end up at a program that isn't worth a damn, end up getting fired there, and then having his rep tarnished. Hes not gonna get a big power 5 job yet, he's not experienced enough. He has plenty of time and it's the perfect time for him to learn here at LSU.
