I have no idea. I heard Trump say it once to reporters when he had Ukraine President Zelensky visiting. The time he said y’all are being rude. Ask the President a question. Ask HIM a question. Remember that?

That’s the only time I recall hearing him mention it. I can’t understand why this treaty isn’t plastered everywhere. Maybe I’m missing something or misinterpreting the treaty?? But it’s pretty clear cut.

Here in this exchange linked below The Ukrainian President says “it was good phone call. nobody pushed it. How do you say uhhhh. There was no push.” And potus says “in other words no pressure. There was no pressure.”
