It rests solely in the wheelhouse of the President to exert this law enforcement power AS CHIEF DIPLOMAT AND HEAD OF STATE when dealing with Americans committing crimes on foreign soil.
No one else wields this authority...now it makes you wonder why Biden is running in the first place. For this protection that the squirmy will give him, including you guys.

Then why has he not had an investigation opened into the matter?
