Kind of like not "firing" coaches. We don't fire them, we find them a soft landing spot and let them save face.
Kids will be processed and and there's no sense denying it. Is it wrong for us to speculate(as with us speculating attrition every year) when anyone that pays attention can read the signs? Maybe in poor taste but I don't think it's wrong.

Coach O was at Crawford's school, Friday, I think. He must really want him. They had him at camp this summer and he really showed out.

Why are we going through this again? Why can’t we just trust, that Coach O & staff knows what they are doing? Coach O does this for a living. Let’s allow the coaching staff to do their job & appreciate a job well done.
