I finished season two a couple of days ago and have withheld my comments until now. Solid season, good acting, great action, decent story. What I hated about it was the fact that this story is supposedly ripped from the headlines and yet the dictator in charge of Venezuela is a right-wing nationalist while his opponent is a social justice leftist.

Yes.
I saw this as Maduro/Guaidó redux. Both leftists, but Reyes the Maduro/Chavez dictator "disappearing" enemies while his country goes to shite and Bonalde being Guaidó (a more acceptable leftist)
