I like the list. Airline Highway and Pecue Lane will be great help along with the state and feds ponying up for the Pecue diamond.

A lot of that work is around the health district too which needs it badly. Bluebonnet and Essen are still some of the most congested areas of the city although Essen sucks a lot less than it used to.

What is that building across Pecue from the offramp clearing? It was built in the last 3-4 yrs and looks like it has a government bunker underneath it.
