Lunch time workouts aren't for everyone, but they can work for everyone! Can make an hour work, 1:15 is much more doable.
To the poster who asked how do you get a workout done in one hour its pretty easy using most of the established programs. For example, 531 you can do 5 min warmup, 5-10 mins mobility and stretch. 10-15 min primary exercise (its only 3 sets so don't need that much rest time), and 15 min accessory work (with very little rest between sets), done in 40 minutes.
Definitely some trade-offs including recovery time between sets and extra accessory work, but for folks who are time-limited in the mornings and evenings its a great option.
