Bigger markets don't necessarily translate the same way with college sports. more about alumni base and fan base than just the map.

But the guys that can or are willing to pay a star player 10k to sign autographs at some business will be far fewer in Ames, IA vs Columbus, OH. I'm not necessarily opposed to it. Just curious what rules will be involved.

Don’t fool yourself this the strategy of this whole thing. To take back the dominance of CFL from the southern smaller market teams.
