federal delisting will solve that problem instantly. Oregon is already exporting their surplus. All those midwestern and NE states that are legalizing will have to import. Canada will need product as well

That’s a huge assumption. Weed is grown is Mexico and plenty of places that aren’t ideal crop growing environments. You have the entire midwest that could start growing weed. It’s not like a state like even Minnesota doesn’t have plenty of crop acreage to grow their own weed in 4 months to last them the entire year.
