This place is full of bootlickers, but your statement is untrue. Plenty of reasons to use deadly force if someone is running away from you.

So on the other hand you are cool with accepting running from the cops as a norm. Don’t run don’t get shot or they could just stop being criminals but I guess that would be too hard.
