The hole in the back of his head should be your first clue he isn't a threat Barney Fife.

Well this doesnt fit the narrative at all

That’s because they have the narrative all wrong.

It’s not white cops killing black people. It’s the over militarization and lack of accountability of police everywhere. While there are many good ones, far too many are little more than hired thugs.

And until those get weeded out nothing will change.

yep

You shoot a thief running from your home in the back of the head you are going to prison for a very long time.

Cop shoots a guy running away from him in the back of the head and he gets some desk time at most.

Murder suspect runs, jumps a fence at a daycare and then reaches for his waistband??? I'd say that was good police work.

Don't be a moral midget. You cannot, legally or under most systems of ethics, shoot someone to prevent some hypothetical act, unless that act is to kill you. I'm not seeing that here.

You'd have popped the kid in the back of the head as the cop 10 or 15 feet off to the side of the pursuing cop? You'd have been in fear of being imminently shot given what you see in the video?

Seems like murder. I don't know why we've allowed cops to become judge, jury and executioner. We have a legal system that exists and should be used.

No, I wouldn't be in fear of being imminently shot...I'd be more concerned with a desperate murder suspect endangering the lives of children at a daycare.

edit: I don't think the officer shoots him if he's fleeing into some field or some other place other than a daycare.

This is what I keep trying to tell my short-sighted “back the blue” acquaintances: sure they’re more likely to murder black people but if you don’t care about that (which you obviously should), know that they absolutely kill whites too.

I am assuming this will be postponed due to the weather.

Can it be held near Best Buy or maybe Costco cuz I need a new TV bad.

I would imagine so. It's obviously his stomping grounds, the area is essentially his office. I would suspect it being a Saturday and no signs of activity....Id hope he was knowledgeable about that.

If the guy didnt realize that it was a Saturday and the daycare was closed, yet that was the reason he shot, then that's a big problem. The place was closed. Even the cops and their chief havent cited daycare safety fears as a factor.

Or when he reaches in his waistband he pulls out a gun and kills someone. There's that.

Yet there wasn't a gun. Or even anything that could be mistaken for a gun. Just a hole in the back of the head.
