Yep but they used my the center of my patella for the graft.

A couple of things and the 1st one is the hardest; learn the difference between sore and pain...once you do that, rehab is MUCH easier.
Ask what you CAN'T do rehab wise, not what you can do.
Ice is your friend

I am really bad about trying to do more than I should.
They took care of the ice thing. The doc ordered me a new hi-tech cold therapy system.
